Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing TFCoaching for your cycling coaching plans. We strive to provide you with the best experience and support to help you achieve your cycling goals. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our refunds and returns policy below to ensure a fair and transparent process.
- Digital Product Refunds: As TFCoaching provides digital cycling coaching plans, refunds are available under the following conditions:
a. Within 14 Days of Purchase: If you are not satisfied with your digital coaching plan, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
b. Unused Coaching Plan: To be eligible for a refund, the coaching plan must not have been accessed or used in any way. Once you access or download the coaching plan, it will be considered as used.
- How to Initiate a Refund Request: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team by sending an email to tfcoachinggroup@gmail.com. In your email, provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you within 2 business days to guide you through the refund process.
- Refund Processing: Upon approval of your refund request, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- No Refunds for Used or Expired Coaching Plans: Once a coaching plan has been accessed or used, it is considered as consumed. We do not offer refunds for coaching plans that have been accessed or expired.

Please note that this refunds and returns policy is specific to digital coaching plans. If you have purchased any physical products or additional services from TFCoaching, please refer to the respective refund and returns policies provided for those items.
