Talented cycling coach, former UCI Continental team “Rietumu Banka – Riga” and currently “Ampler Development Team” head coach, Latvian Elite and U23 national team coach, founder of TF coaching group. Known as a top expert in coaching endurance athletes, Toms Flaksis goal has always been to teach athletes how to maximize their training and racing potential through systematic and hard but enjoyable training proces. While continuing work with different level athletes, from UCI World Tour to regional amateurs, he develops a community where it’s possible to easily share coaching knowledge and help even more athletes.
